weekend progress

i got to spend an entire day out at my metal smithing studio (aka my parent's house) and i think i'm actually making progress! i got some awesome little vintage cabachons from www.splendorintheglass.com--great vintage beads always! i'm practicing practicing practicing!

i love this photo so much. i was going to use it for promotional things when Hannah and I had our show in Carrboro this past weekend, but i will try to use it in the future!

this photo was taken on my Birthday when my parents and i took Hannah down to the beach with us. we made the cake ahead of time, and purchased the M&Ms on the road down to the coast. i don't think anyone was expecting us to sort them and then do this!!!
